- User – any natural or legal person who uses the Website.
- Goods and Services – The BALTIC INDUSTRIAL Website offers goods and services related to the sale, service and maintenance of power generators, industrial motors and green energy solutions. They may be updated, supplemented, or changed on the website from time to time, and at all times the term Goods and Services shall include all such goods and services, specified on the Website.
- Partners – are considered such legal entities with whom BALTIC INDUSTRIAL cooperates in providing Goods and Services on the Website.

Users should note that when they order Goods and Services provided by BALTIC INDUSTRIAL Partners, the protection of their Personal Data may additionally be subject to the Partners’ Privacy Policies, for which BALTIC INDUSTRIAL is not responsible. III. Collection and storage of personal data
- Depending on the nature of the specific Goods and Services ordered by the User or in case of employment relationship between natural Person and BALTIC INDUSTRIAL, the following Personal Data is collected and stored: name, surname, personal identification number, date of birth, place of residence, citizenship, telephone number, personal identity card (passport) number, date and place of issue, e-mail address, IP address.
- When using the Website, Cookies are stored on the User’s computer to collect statistical information on attendance, to ensure the quality of the Services and efficient use of the Website. BALTIC INDUSTRIAL process Personal Data for the following purposes:

BALTIC INDUSTRIAL Accounts are links on certain web pages that may contain the same information as the Website, as BALTIC INDUSTRIAL is the operator of both the Site and the Accounts. Users of Website Accounts are subject to the Privacy Policy and rules of the website where the BALTIC INDUSTRIAL Account is located, as well as this Privacy Policy and other applicable rules published by BALTIC INDUSTRIAL on the Website.

VI. Provision of personal data
BALTIC INDUSTRIAL informs that it does not transfer Personal Data to third parties in the European Union countries, and other foreign countries, either for compensation or free of charge, or in any other way, except for the cases specified below:
- if there is consent from the User and/or the User;
- when providing the Goods and Services offered on the Website – to Partners or authorized third parties who process Personal Data on behalf of BALTIC INDUSTRIAL for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, such as making payments, ordering Services, etc.;
- to law enforcement institutions in accordance with the procedure provided by the national legal acts;
VII. Correction, addition, and deletion of personal data
- The User grants BALTIC INDUSTRIAL the right to collect, manage, process, and store the User’s personal data to the extent and for the purposes provided for in the Privacy Policy and other Website documents. The user has the right to revoke his permission for BALTIC INDUSTRIAL to collect, manage and process his personal data, and to demand the deletion of personal data at any time. Giving or revoking consent to collect, manage and process the User’s personal data is valid only going forward. BALTIC INDUSTRIAL, upon receiving such a notification from the User, immediately stops the processing of that person’s data, but this does not mean that BALTIC INDUSTRIAL has to delete/destroy the Personal Data if it has grounds to keep them.

In order to find out what personal data BALTIC INDUSTRIAL has collected and from which sources, for what purposes it is processed, and to which recipients it is provided and has been provided, the User must contact BALTIC INDUSTRIAL to the email address specified in this Privacy Policy. BALTIC INDUSTRIAL implements the User’s right to access processed personal data within 30 calendar days of receiving the User’s request.
- If, after getting acquainted with his personal data, the user determines that the personal data is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, he has the right to contact BALTIC INDUSTRIAL by e-mail to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data and/or to stop the processing of such personal data. - BALTIC INDUSTRIAL stores personal data for 5 (five) years from their submission, except for cases where a different storage term is provided other than in this Privacy Policy or when personal data is necessary for lawful data processing such as for the performance of a contract.

BALTIC INDUSTRIAL also ensures that the level of protection of personal data complies with the requirements of national and European Union legislation.
